2. Collection of Personal Data
The collection of your personal data occurs in one or more of the following situations:
When you receive a login to our website.
When you sign in to our mobile app using Apple Sign-In.
When you subscribe to 360ArtWork's newsletter.
When you request to receive materials.
When you communicate with us.
When you grant the app access to your photo library or camera.
When you use in-app subscriptions or premium features.

The following types of personal data may be recorded about you:
Contact information, including name and email.
Authentication data (name and email provided via Apple Sign-In).
Photos you select from your library (processed locally on your device, not uploaded to our servers).
Subscription and purchase data (managed by Apple).
IP address.

3. Processing of Personal Data
Our basis for processing your personal data is primarily the fulfillment of requests received from you. Additionally, we process your personal data based on our legitimate interest in conducting marketing, developing existing and new services, performing analysis and statistics of our customer segments, or if you have given specific consent for a particular processing activity.

In our mobile app, we also process your data to:
Authenticate your identity via Apple Sign-In.
Provide app functionality, including artwork mockup creation.
Manage subscriptions and access to premium features.

The above may be updated at any time in line with changing business needs and legal requirements.

4. Marketing via Email
When you have completed your subscription, you will often receive a confirmation email. We do not use the information to send unsolicited emails. You will only be contacted by 360ArtWork regarding newsletters if you have actively requested it through one of 360ArtWork's order forms or the email subscription page. You can always unsubscribe from receiving email services in our newsletters.

5. Storage of Your Personal Data
All personal data is stored securely and is only accessible to relevant employees at 360ArtWork. In accordance with the regulations of the Data Protection Act, we delete personal data when it is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, or when we are no longer required to retain it. In some cases, information may be stored for longer periods in anonymized form.

6. Disclosure to Third Parties
Disclosure of your personal data to third parties may occur if you have given your consent. Additionally, we may disclose your personal data to third parties if necessary for the fulfillment of an agreement to which you are a party or based on our legitimate interest.

In connection with our mobile app, data may be shared with the following third parties:
Apple — for authentication via Sign-In with Apple and management of in-app subscriptions.
Superwall — for paywall management and subscription analytics.

At 360ArtWork, we prioritize your safety while using our website and mobile app. Photos selected or taken within the app are processed locally on your device and are not transmitted to external servers. However, when linking to other websites from 360ArtWork, we are not responsible for their content or security. We recommend reviewing the privacy policies of these websites.

8. Your Rights
When you share your personal data with us, you have several rights that you can exercise. You have the right to be informed about which personal data we process about you. In certain cases, you have the right to request a copy of the personal data we have recorded about you, in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, and ask us to transfer this data to another data controller. You can at any time exercise your right to have the data we collect about you deleted. Additionally, you have the right to object to the collection of your data and request that the processing of your personal data be limited. We use cookies on our website. The first time you visit our website, you will be asked to approve them.

10. Mobile App Permissions
Our mobile app (360Artwork for iOS) may request the following permissions:

Photo Library Access: Used to select artwork images for mockups. Photos are processed on your device only and are not uploaded to our servers.

Camera Access: Used to take photos for mockups. Photos are processed on your device only and are not uploaded to our servers.

Internet Access: Used to fetch mockup backgrounds from our servers and manage your account and subscriptions.

We will periodically update our privacy policy due to changes in legal or operational requirements. We will notify you of such changes in accordance with the applicable laws.
