Use of Online Material:
The mockup backgrounds and other materials provided on the 360ArtWork platform and mobile app (360Artwork for iOS) are protected under copyright law and created by 360ArtWork. These materials may not be redistributed, resold, or shared separately. However, final mockup images that you create using your own artwork may be freely shared and used for your personal or commercial purposes.

Terms and Conditions of Sale and Delivery:
You will gain access to the platform or app within a few minutes. In rare cases, it may take a bit longer, for example, if technical issues arise. You will have access to the platform and app for as long as you subscribe to 360ArtWork. On the website, prices are listed in DKK on the Danish site and USD on all other language versions, including VAT where applicable. In the mobile app, prices are set and displayed by the App Store in your local currency.

Cancellation Policy:
There is no right of return or withdrawal for online materials.

Subscription
The subscription is binding for the specified period, and payment will be automatically processed in accordance with the chosen payment plan.
The subscription payment will be charged to your account on the specified date each month until the subscription is cancelled.
If you wish to cancel your subscription, you can do so under your profile, and it must be done at least 1 day before the next payment date. If you do not cancel, the payment will be charged as scheduled.
If there is a change in the subscription price, you will be notified at least 30 days before the next payment date. If you do not accept the new price, you may cancel your subscription within 14 days of receiving the notification.
f there is an error in payment or billing, please contact customer service (contact form on our website) as soon as possible so that we can investigate and resolve the issue.
We take your privacy seriously and will never share your information with third parties. We will only use your information to manage your subscription and to send you relevant updates and offers
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions, and we will notify you of any changes.

Mobile App (iOS) — In-App Subscriptions
The 360Artwork mobile app offers subscription-based access to premium features. In-app subscriptions are processed and managed by Apple through your Apple ID account.

Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends.

Payment: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

How to Cancel: You can cancel your subscription at any time through the app by tapping your profile icon and selecting "Cancel Subscription". You can also manage your subscription through your iPhone Settings > Subscriptions.

Free Trial: If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of the trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Accountability
360ArtWork cannot be held responsible if your content on our platform is copied, for example, through screenshots or similar methods, nor if we are subjected to hacking attacks. We do, of course, take all necessary measures to prevent this with various security mechanisms.
